In that spirit, I made these confetti ice cream cups to serve up a frozen chocolate treat for my family. I even took the opportunity to go over-the-top with some hot cocoa drizzle and a generous dollop of whipped cream. Ice cream sundae bar, anyone?

Supplies:
- Clear ice cream dishes
- Heart-shaped confetti
- Glitter (in your color of choice!)
- Dishwasher-safe decoupage medium
- Paintbrush
Instructions:
Step 1: Mix up your confetti and glitter with some dishwasher-safe decoupage medium.
Step 2: Paint the mixture all over your ice cream dishes. Let dry.
