DIY rainbow conversation heart wreath

Kara Whitten

I know I’m not alone in that my front door feels a little naked once I take down my Christmas wreath. It’s so sad! Luckily, I only have to wait a little while before it’s time to add a wreath for Valentine’s Day. If your home is in need of a colorful pick-me-up, this DIY rainbow conversation heart wreath might be just the thing. You can see my full DIY video here.

Start by picking up a pack of giant confetti conversation hearts in my shop, and you’re halfway there! It just takes a little bit of clever arranging, and attaching to a wire wreath ring with hot glue. It truly could not be easier.

Supplies:

Instructions:

  1. Lay out your supplies, arranging the hearts until they’re in a pattern that looks nice. I arranged mine in rainbow order (ROYGBIV!), but you do you.
  2. Begin hot gluing the hearts to your wire wreath. Hint: start with the larger ones and then add in the smaller blank ones to get a nice, layered look.
  3. Hang on your front door or anywhere that could use a little pop of color.

Let me know if you decide to make your own version of this wreath! I’d love to see it. And I must know: when do you start decorating for Valentine’s Day?
